DEAR FRIENDS of the GERMAN-AMERICAN COMMUNITY:

To celebrate German-American Day and 26 years of Reunification, the German-American Cultural Council is sponsoring a flag raising ceremony at which the Hon. Edward P. Mangano, Nassau County Executive will present a proclamation. The public is invited to join in this celebration and in the commemoration of the many contributions made by Americans of Germanic heritage to the development of this country.

The Ceremony is taking place in front of the Nassau County Executive Building
