Plattduetsche Home Society is celebrating 100 years of serving residents!

The Plattduetsche Home Society (PHS) has been caring for our elders since 1923. We are conveniently located on seven beautifully landscaped acres in western Long Island near major parkways and the LIRR. Our facilities are planned and maintained for the safety, security, comfort, and engagement of our residents in a social model retirement home setting. As a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization, our mission is to maintain the wellbeing and meet the individual needs of our residents on a day-to-day basis.
